In the name of Pub

Max narrates: "It doesn't matter how big and hopeless things seem, as long as ponies stay together, they can acomplish anything.  And that's what we did for a new pair of Ponies."

In ponyville, a crowd of ponies group around a big announcement that was set up in Town Square.  Max and Twilight come by noticed the crowd.  

Max: "What's going on here?"  

Twilight asks one of the ponies that were in the crowd: "Did something happen?  Why's there a crowd?"  

Heartstrings: "Haven't you heard?  There's a new place opening up soon.  It's on the board."

Twilight and Max look at each other.  Soon, Twilight is on top of Max trying to see what the announcement was.  

Max: "How come I'm on the bottom?"  

Twilight ignores the question and reads: "Coming soon to Ponyville, the Hoof Trot Pub.  Owned by two ponies named Medley and Sterling Heart."  

Max: "A Pub?  I've heard of those before.  Aren't they like places where you can enjoy drinks and music?"  

Twilight: "That's right.  Canterlot has a few, but I didn't know one was coming to Ponyville."  

Max: "Why don't we give it a look before it opens up?  We just might meet these new ponies."  

Twilight: "Good idea.  Let's go."  

Twilight hops off Max.  

Max: "Oh no... there was gum under your hoof and now it's in my mane..."

*opening*

Soon, Max and Twilight head over to the pub's location.

Max: "So this is the location huh?"  

Twilight: "It's an empty building now, but I can't wait to see it when it's finished."  

Max: "I wonder when the new ponies will be here?"  

*Just then, a voice was heard right behind them.

Voice 1: "INTURDERS! No one is allowed inside this building!"

Max jumps after being startled: "Whoa!"

Voice 2: ""Well, until it's less dangerous."

*Piece of wood falls down nearby.

They turn around and notice two ponies.  

Twilight: "Oh!  We're sorry, we were just checking the place before it opened up."

Pegasus Mare: "Still you should ask before you enter someone's home."

Max: "Wait... are you Sterling Heart and Medley?"

Earth Mare: "she's SterlingHeart and I'm Medley.....who are you?"

Twilight: "I'm Twilight Sparkle."  

Max: "And I'm Max Mustang.  We're sorry about coming in.  Curiosity really can get the better of us."

Sterling picks up the fallen wood and throws it into a pile: "Let's not stay here long then, this place needs an overhaul."

Medley: "I heard the Sugar Shack is good, it has coffee."

Twilight: "Allow us to take you there."

Sterling: "Why not, I'm pretty lost as is."

*Fast forward over to the Sugar Shack.  A Unicorn waiter brings out 4 cups of drinks to the 4 ponies waiting.

Sterling: "There better be some zip in this coffee, I've got my work cut out."

Medley: "I've never seen so many colors in one drink!"

Twilight: "Just wait till you give it a try."

*Both mares take a sip of their drinks, Medley seems to fly upwards*

Medley *after hitting her chair*: "WOW! What kind of drink is this!?"

Sterling: "I.....did not know you could fly there girl...."

*Medley and Sterling sniff the drink*

Twilight: "They call it the Rainbow Burst beverage."  

Max: "Twilight, I and our friends get it all the time."

Medley: "Sterling try some, it might beat that coffee!"

Sterling "I think I'll stick with my mug of coffee, Rainbows should not be drank."

Max: "So how are you two enjoying Ponyville so far?  It's not much, but its home."

Sterling: "Smaller than Manehattan, we would have gotten here sooner but Winter Wrap up was almost chaos if it weren't for me."

Medley: "It's quiet like my family home, much better than the city."

Twilight: "I'm sure you'll have fun.  The ponies here are very kind."

Medley: "Well there was a pink one who kinda freaked and ran off after she saw us…"

Sterling: "That wasn't very kind."

Twilight and Max pause for a bit and answer at the same time: "Pinkie Pie..."

Medley and Sterling: "Who?"

Max: "She may be a bit... weird."  

Twilight: "But just wait until the pub is fully opened.  You might get a surprise."

Voice: "TWILIGHT!  MAX!"

Sterling: "Oh no..."

Just then, a familiar pony pops right in the middle of all of them, which surprises them all.  Medley was sipping on her drink until that pony popped up and surprised her… spilling her drink on herself.

Medley: "Nooo........now I'm sticky...hey the pink pony!"

It was Pinkie Pie… who was in a panic.

Twilight: "Pinkie, what's wrong?"  

Pinkie Pie: "It's terrible!  I was trying to set up a welcome party for the new ponies coming but when I got to the place, there was a sign and workers all around!"

Sterling: "Whoa, I did not hire nopony!"

Medley: "Maybe it's volunteering?"

Max: "But what about the sign?"

Sterling: "Either way I'D like to know."

Pinkie: "Come with me quick!"  Pinkie takes off.  

Max: "I don't like what's going on, but let's go!"  

*The ponies follow Pinkie.  *At the sight of the Pub, a crowd was already there, along with their other friends Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Fluttershy.  At the sight, some workers are setting up as if they're going to take down the building with a rich and pudgy looking Pony giving directions.

Sterling: "Hey what's the big idea? I didn't order nopony to help!"

As they try to get in a group of workers try to block them.  

Worker: "No one's allowed any closer."  

Max: "Out of the way bub."  *Knocks the worker out of the way.

Sterling bumps and pushes her way through to the pudgy pony.

Pony: "Excuse me, but can I help you?"

Sterling: "I SAID...What's the big idea? Get outta my pub!"

Pony: "YOUR pub?  *Laughs*"  

Max: "What's so funny?"  

Pony: "Oh that is rich, just like me.  I'm sorry, but this isn't your place."

Sterling: "What the tarnation are you talking about? *picks up Medley* WE saved up and bought this pub, it's in OUR name!"

*Medley winces at the big pony*

Pony: "Then explain that."  *Points to the sign that was set up.  

Twilight reads: "Moneybags newest factory in Ponyville.  Opening soon."

The Ponies convers wondering what's going on.

Sterling drops Medley in anger: "And what are you going to do about THIS?" *rips sign out and throws it far away* "This is My pub and you better take your darn business elsewhere!"

Max to Twilight: "Wow, that's one tough Pegasus."  

Moneybags: "Unfortunately for you, no one in this town needs a pub.  What they need is stuff to get through an average day."  

Pinkie hops between: "What do you mean?!  Music is what every pony needs!"  

Applejack: "She's right.  How would any pony get through without it?"

The others get with them as well.

Medley: "A-a-and without a pub, where are we going to play music?"

Sterling: "Who needs a factory in the middle of Ponyville anyways?"

Moneybags: "Hmm... don't care.  I've set up the rights and I own the land here."  

Max: "You can't just kick out two Ponies who just arrive here!"

Moneybags: "And what are you going to do about it Earth Pony?  I could buy and sell you out."  

Max: "Then how about giving these ponies a chance?  If they can buy the land from you in a few days, you leave and find another place to build your factory."

Sterling: "Whoa there, I'm not letting this guy get away with it! We saved up for this spot and I don't care if I have to fight each and every one of you losers to keep it that way!"

Medley: "Most of our money went into buying the place already; I don't think we have enough left."

Max: "Then we'll have to raise money for it."  

Moneybags: "Alright.  I'll give you two days to get me 2000 bits.  If I don't get it by noon, the place is mine."

Ponies: "2000?!"  

Moneybags: "Do we have a deal?"  *Holds out hoof.  

Max looks at the other ponies.

Sterling: "N…"

Medley extends her hoof out: "Yes."

*Sterling looks at her in shock*: "We can't raise that in 2 days!"

Max: "Don't worry guys.  I promise you two that I'll do whatever I can to save this pub.  *Turns to Moneybags* Deal!"  *Spits on hoof and handshakes.  

Moneybags: "Ugh!  Earth Ponies...."  *Walks off with the workers.

Sterling: "And just what kind of wonderful IDEA you got there Max?"

Max: "Still working on that..."  

*Fast forward to the library.  The main ponies with Sterling and Medley are worried about what to do.

Sterling is pacing around the room, she's not very happy:  "Where in the rulebook does it say you can steal property? This is outrageous!"

Fluttershy: "Oh, things don't look good."  

Rainbow Dash: "That Moneybags is really making my anger boil.  What rights does he have?"  

Rarity: "Ponies with greed on their side use their money to their advantage."

Sterling: "That pony needs a good roughing up, he can't take from others no matter how much money he has!"

Pinkie: "Plus he's not very nice."  

The Ponies nod.  

Twilight: "Unfortunately, we got stuck in this deal... unless!"  

Max: "Unless what?"

Sterling: "We run him outta town?"

Medley: "We just hand him the pub and we go on our merry way?" *winces*

Twilight: "No... but I know Princess Celestia well.  Why don't we ask her to give the rights to Medley and Sterling?"

Sterling: "That's not sitting well with me; I'd rather earn my keep than ask for it!"

Medley: "But it's our only hope, even if we held an outside performance we can't make that much.  Ponyville is just not as big as Manehattan was."

Max: "What we need is a way to earn Money from multiple places at once."

*Collective Sigh*

Sterling: "I'm so close....I just need that pub!"

Medley "How can we gain more places?"

Applejack jumps forward with a plan: "Wait just a minute!  My Sweet Apple Acres Apples are the best 'n Ponyville.  We could not only sell em', but offer up donations for the Pub as well!"

Rarity: "And many ponies come to my shop for new dresses.  I can spare the money I earn to the pub."

Medley: "Great! What do you think Sterling?"

*Sterling is too busy looking at an old photo*

Sterling mumbles: "It's fine."

Twilight: "And the rest of us can work at earning the donations by going door to door."

Medley: "I can still do street performances and raise bits from there. And I am sure Sterling can do some wonderful tricks as well."

Sterling *still mumbling*: "Sure..."

Rainbow Dash: "With me and my friend Thunder Star.  We can give the ponies in Ponyville a show they'll never forget!"

Sterling looks up at RD*: "You sure you can keep up?"

Rainbow Dash: "You're looking at the best flyer that came out of Cloudsdale and the best in Ponyville."

Medley: "She's pretty fast, she was trained under a Wonderbolt."

Sterling: "Heh, I am sure we can have a friendly competition Rainbow."

Max: "We got a plan.  And together, we can do enough to make the amount we need to save the Pub."

Medley: "Just as long as Moneybags keeps his word."

Rarity: "A gentlepony always does."  

Max: "Didn't seem like one."

Sterling: "Didn't look like one either, just some big shot."

Twilight: "We'll deal with him later.  But now, let's get to work.  We only have 2 days."  

Max holds up hoof: "Now let's do it!"

All the ponies hold up their hooves and cheer: "YEAH!"

Thoughout the day, each team was set up.  Max and Applejack were busy harvesting apples and selling them off.  With Sterling, Rainbow Dash, and Star, their performance was really making the ponies woo.  Donations were filling in like crazy.  At Rarity's, she and her friend Silver Star were working on dresses of all sizes and selling them like crazy.  Medley and Pinkie were off with their singing work and getting the Ponies interested in the idea of having the pub.  Twilight, Fluttershy, and Spike work their way of going door to door and gathering up donations.  Thanks to Fluttershy's cuteness, they gladly offered up donations.

*by the end of the day.  The ponies can't believe how much they actually got.

Spike counts out: "*mumbling*... I don't believe it!  We actually made 1000 bits in just one day!"

The ponies gasp in amazement.

Twilight: "We're halfway there!  And the way we got all those ponies interested, we can possibly make more than the average!"

Sterling: "I'm still so worried we're not going to make it."

Medley: "What if he changes his mind?"

Max: "He made a deal.  He has to honor that deal.  He can't change it mid into the bet."

Sterling: "We've been hoodwinked before Max; we gotta keep our hooves up."

Rainbow Dash: "There's no way we're going to let that pony get the better of us."  

Twilight: "And tomorrow, we'll prove it."  

Max: "Because we're working together.  And no one can stop friends who work together."

Medley: "We hope you're right..."

Max: "You got my word as a Royal Knight in training."

Sterling: "Let's head to bed and get up extra early so we can beat this Moneybags!"

The ponies cheer out and head out, leaving Twilight, Max, and Spike left.

Max: "We'd better get to sleep too."  

Twilight: "I think Spike is one step ahead of you."  *Points out to Spike sleeping.

As the ponies leave, in the shadows watching them and apparently spying was...

Moneybags: "I may not be able to change the bet... but nothing says they can't have a few... accidents."

*Next Morning.

Ponies come out to the performance area where the Pegasi are working in their performance.  Medley helps keep an eye out and gathering up the bits.

*With the Pegasi.

Sterling: "Ready Rainbow Dash?"

Rainbow Dash: "Ready!"  

Star: "Let's do it!"

*They take off in formation but unknown to Sterling her photo flew off*

At first things seem to be going well.  However... one Pegasus, working with Moneybags works with a few other Pegasi to blow storm clouds into the area.

Sterling "Hey, what's with the weather?"

Medley and Pinkie are watching in fear.

Medley: "What out Sterling!"

The crowd can't take much more and start to head for cover.  As soon as the crowd all leaves... the storm blows away.  

Rainbow Dash *recovering from the weather*: "What the hay happened?!  I didn't hear of any scheduled storm!"

Sterling: "Me neither."

Star: "But since the crowd just left, we didn't make enough money!"

Sterling: "We can bring 'em back!" *shakes water from her feathers*

*Over to Applejack and Max.

Applejack: "Get 'em while they're fresh!  The best apples in all of Equestria!"  

Max: "And help us support the Hoof Trot Pub!"

Little do they know, another group of Moneybags henchmen release a few apple eating worms out.

*Medley trots over*: "Wow these do look tasty."

Max: "And they are tasty."

Applejack: "How's bout you try one of 'em for free?"  *Hands her an apple.

*Munching noise*  

Applejack: "Say Max, ya eating tater chips?"  

Max: "No..."

*When she goes to take a bite, a worm pops out and scares her*: "EEEK!"

Max and Applejack: "GAH!"  

They look to see tons of worms eating up all the apples.  

Applejack: "MAH APPLES!"  

Max: "THEY'RE EATING THEM ALL UP!"

Medley: "We gotta save the rest of the apples!"

The ponies scramble to save the apples.

*Over to Rarity's shop.

The other ponies head over to the shop to see how things are going.

Max: "I hope things aren't a disaster at Rarity's."  

*Screams from Rarity and Silver echo through Ponyville.  

Max: "Now what?!"

Sterling: "This can't be good."

The ponies charge inside.

*Inside the shop they head upstairs to find the place is a total mess.

Medley: "Oh my gosh girls, you alright?"

Rarity's sobbing like crazy: "MY SHOP!  RUINED!"  

Silver: "This is just awful!  We're fine, but..."

Sterling: "What the hay flew in here?"

Rarity: "I don't know.  We were downstairs tending to a few ponies and when we came up... *Sobs*

Medley: "Calm down Rarity, just tell us slowly what happened."

Silver: "We don't know.  No one was upstairs when this happened."

Max: "First the show, then the apples, now this!  I hope the singing concert won't have any problems."  

Voice: "Uh... there might be a tinny tiny problem."  

They look at the entrance to see Pinkie coming in... but covered in black smoke.

Max: "Pinkie?!"

Medley: "What happened to you?"

Sterling *cough*: "Why are you covered in smoke?"

Pinkie: "Well... I was checking the speakers for the concert and... well... they exploded."  

Max: "Exploded?"

Sterling: "You're joking…"

Pinkie: "Nope.  They just busted right in front of me."

Max: "How did this turn into a nightmare?"

Sterling: "I've got a nice hunch about this..."

Applejack: "We better find Twilight 'n Fluttershy before they get caught in this disaster."

Max: "Good idea.  Let's go."

*Back at the Library

When they get there, Twilight and Fluttershy are already there, but they don't look happy.

Sterling: "Lemme guess, something strange happened here as well."

Twilight: "That's right."  

Fluttershy: "I don't know how it happened, but the jar of bits we were collecting just flew out of our hooves."

Twilight: "And most of the bits we got went down a gutter."

Sterling: "Any way we can mosey down the gutter?"

The ponies shake their heads.

Medley: "I think we already are in the gutter..." *sobs*

Spike counts up all the bits they have made and the results are not good: "This isn't good... we only made 300 more."

Sterling punches the ground: "What the hay is going on here!? We're doomed!"

Twilight: "Something just doesn't seem right.  How come we all had problems just like that?"

Medley: "I don't know.....but I feel like we just got here and someone wants us gone."

Voice: "Sooo my little ponies.  How goes the money hunt?"  

They look at the entrance to see Moneybags.

Sterling: "YOU!" *gets ready to charge at him* "YOUCHEATING…"

Twilight stops her with her Magic.

Max: "What do YOU want?"

Moneybags: "I heard all about what happened and was checking to see if you were all alright."

Sterling: "Like that's a true statement!"

Medley: *winces* "everything is ruined...."

Moneybags: "I hope by tomorrow, I get that 2000 bits that you promised me you'd have.  If you don't, you'd have to say goodbye to the building.  Good day."  *Walks off.

Sterling looks on in anger.

*Fast forward to the evening.  Sterling, Medley, Twilight, and Max are sitting by the table.  It's night time and they still don't have all they need.

Medley: "All we can do is pray and pack our things..."

Max: "Medley... Sterling... I'm so very sorry I couldn't help you out more..."

*Sterling reaches for something on her but doesn't find it*: "Hey! My photo! It's missing!"

Max: "Photo?"

Sterling "It's the only one I have left of my brother!  Without it, I don't know what to do..."

Twilight and Max: "Your brother?"

Sterling: "Everything I've been doing, it has been leading to him. I left him when we were just children... I've heard he's somewhere here and without that photo I'm lost again."

Medley: "There, there Sterling, don't cry. I am sure it will come up somewhere. Think of the pub, and how when we meet him we can all have a nice drink."

Max: "Medley's right.  We're not done yet.  I'm not going to let that Moneybags run you guys out of town.  Even if it means that we have to set up a barrier to stop him from tearing down the pub."

Sterling: "The only think stopping him will be me and my hooves!" *punches the air*

Max: "Us and Our hooves!  We'll do it together.  I'm sure we can get the other ponies in Ponyville to join in as well."

Medley: "I'd join the fight but I'm not very strong..."

Max: "There's strength in numbers.  We'll get the others in as well.  I promise you we'll save the pub."

The ponies nod.

Medley: "I think it's time we head to bed, for tomorrow's sake."

Sterling: "Tomorrow I'm going to send that Moneybags running with his tail between his legs!"

Max: "Then we'll meet you at the pub early in the morning."

Both: "Yes sir!"  *The two head out.

Twilight: "Are you sure about this Max?"  

Max: "No, but I wouldn't give up no matter what."  

Twilight: "Guess that's the pro with being a knight.  The courage to never give up."  

Max: "I need to head out for a bit.  See you in the morning Twilight."  

*Max heads out.

Twilight: "If only there was a way to help out more."  

*Twilight thinks for a bit... : "Wait!  That's it!  Spike!  Spike wake up!"

Spike: "*Snort* Huh?"  

Twilight: "Spike, I need you to make an emergency note to the Princess!  I have a plan!"

Max goes out for a walk, but notices a familiar pony in a tree nearby.  

Max: "Sterling?"

Sterling is sobbing in a tree: "I can't lose you now, not when I am so close."

*She hears something trying to climb up the tree.

Sterling: "Huh? Who's there?"

Max's head pops out through some leaves: "Hey.  Mind if you want some company?"

Sterling: "Uh...sure...I guess…"

Max gets up fully: "Tomorrow's going to be our chance to show Moneybags what Ponyville Ponies can do."

Sterling: "Yeah....We better fight hard. I need this place more than anything, except my brother."

Max: "...what's he like?  You're brother?"

Sterling: "He was very cheerful as a colt, loving and kind. But after......that....he was so shy, so depressed. I should not have left him, but he looked so much like dad...  I visited his foster home in Manehattan, they said he went through some bad things after I left, and he's here now...under some doctor."

Max: "Must be nice to have a brother... or anyone related to you that was at your age.  I was the only child in my family."

Sterling: "You were? That must have stunk. Having Spirit was the best thing aside from my parents, he always had a joke or a laugh to go around."

Max: "Only my parents were around.  They supported me in my dream.  I wanted to be somepony.  And I thought I could if I became a Royal Knight for Princess Celestia.  You can possibly guess my odds when all the guards are all either Pegasi or Unicorns."

Sterling: "I think you are going to be an amazing knight Max. You've already lent your hoof to somepony you didn't know."

Max: "It's my duty.  But I don't just help others because I'm a Knight.  I help, because it's who I am myself."   *Looks at the stars for a bit: "You know... I'm actually not worried one bit about tomorrow."

Sterling: "You're not? I am, without a place for me and Medley, we can't stay."

Max: "Well, Ponyville has a special kind of... feeling.  It's hard to explain… *flash back to when they faced off the Night Mare Moon crises* but when things just seem like they're going bad, a miracle happens and we get saved. *Flashback to Dragonshy facing off the dragon*  Like one time we had to deal with a dragon, and our friend Fluttershy managed to help send that Dragon flying. *Flashback to Swarm of the Century*  Or when we had a Parasprite problem, Pinkie saved up by being... well... Pinkie."

*Back to present*

Sterling: "I am hoping you are right, for more than just the pub."

Max: "I know this much, that this promise I'll make here is the one that's going to happen.  I promise you something will go right."  *Holds out hoof*

Sterling *holds out hoof*: "Okay...I think Medleys worried about me being out so late, I gotta go."

Max: "I'll see you tomorrow, bright and early."

Sterling: "till tomorrow *Stands up* … and thanks."

Max: "What are friends for?"  

*Sterling heads off as Max looks at the stars and the moon.

Max: "... I hope I can really find myself... and why I'm special."

*dawn of the 3rd day*

At the pub, Max and the other ponies had gathered up, ready to defend the pub from Moneybags.

Sterling is standing in the center of the crowd.

Sterling: "What are we doing today ponies?!"

Ponies: "DEFENDING THE PUB!"

Sterling: "And who are we defending it from?"

Voice: "someone calling my name?"  

*Everypony turns to see several bulldozers coming up and stopping just yards away from them.

Moneybags: "It's the 3rd day.  Now where is that Money you promised me?"  

Max: "We'd never give money to a dirty cheater like you!  We know you caused all the disasters that happened before.  The deals off!"

Sterling: "I ain't giving you a single bit we raised you scumbag!"

Ponies: "YEAH!"  

Moneybags: "If that's the way you want it... so be it.  Boys!  Tear it down!"  

Worker: "But boss, they're in the way."  

Moneybags: "Don't worry.  They'll move... they always do."  

*The Bulldozers start moving forward slowly but surely.  Some of the ponies in the group panic a bit.  

Max: "Stand your ground!"  *Thinks to himself (where's that miracle that's coming?).

Just when things seem bad...  

Voice: "WAIIIIIITTTTT!!!"  

The Bulldozers stop and everypony looks to see Twilight coming.  

Max: "Twilight!"

Twilight gets with the group: "I'm glad to see I wasn't late."  

Max: "Where have you been Twilight?"  

Twilight: "I've been visiting somepony special after coming up with a plan where we can save the pub and not give a single bit to Moneybags."

Sterling: "And WHO could that be?"

Twilight steps to the side and reveals somepony that made EVERYONE gasp.  

Max: "P..P... PRINCESS CELESTIA!"

All the ponies bow down.

Sterling: "P-princess!!" * She hurriedly bows as well.

Max gets up: "Princess, what are you doing here?"  

Princess Celestia: "Well, Twilight Sparkle had sent me a note last night about the events that were happening here.  Now, where is Sterling Heart and Medley?"

Sterling and Medley look up at Celestia:  "Over here Princess."

Moneybags: "What's going on h..."  

Max and a the guards get in the way: "You're not allowed near the princess."  

Princess Celestia: "Sterling Heart and Medley, Twilight Sparkle had told me so much about all you risked to bring music to the town on Ponyville as well as what you did with the others to help defend your new home."

Sterling: "We've done everything possible, but we still did not make enough bits."

Medley: "We're not giving them to Moneybags though because he was ruining our efforts."

Moneybags: "How can you prove I did?"  

Max: "Because, we have a few spies that were keeping eyes on you.  All thanks to Fluttershy and her animal friends."  

*Fluttershy steps forward with a few of her animal friends.

Sterling: "You're not seeing this pub go down today sir!"

Princess Celestia: "Since this land is still open for sale, I've decided that you two deserve this..."  

*The Princess uses her Magic to bring a big bag in front and place it right in front of the two Ponies.

Medley: "That is way more than enough Princess..."

Sterling: "I-I'm speechless."

Medley: "You can count on us Princess."

The Princess smiles.

Moneybag: "Bu...bu..bu... maybe we can talk out a deal?  What do you say?"

Sterling: "No deal sir, now pack your things and go somewhere else."

Moneybags sighs... and walks off.  All the ponies cheer out.

Sterling: "WE did it!!" *cheers*

Medley: "Thank you everypony, thank you thank you thank you!"

The ponies continue to cheer out.  

Max walks up: "What did I say?"

Sterling grabs Max into a big hug, which causes Max to blush a bit: "Thank you so much!"

She releases Max and runs over to cheer with the others.

Max smiles, then turns to the Princess: "Princess.  I can't thank you enough."  

Princess Celestia: "It's no trouble.  It was thanks to your courage and determination, along with the support of all your friends that helped saved this place."  

Twilight: "And a little note of course."  

Max: "Well of course.  Thank you Twilight… thank you."

Twilight smiles.  

Pinkie pops up: "Hey!  You know what this calls for?  A PARTY!"

Medley giggles and starts dancing with Pinkie as the ponies cheer.

Princess Celestia: "Well, I should be getting back to castle."  

Twilight and Max wink at each other.  

Twilight: "Princess, why don't you stay around and have fun?"  

One of the guards comes up: "Sorry, but the Princess is very busy to be out of the castle."  

Princess Celestia: "Well, a party would be great.  I would be glad to attend."  

Guards: "O_O?!"  

Max: "We should be the ones honored to have you here."

Medley and Sterling: "Welcome Princess Celestia, everyone, To the Hoof Trot Pub!"

Ponies cheer out and start to head inside, but the Princess and Twilight stay out a bit for something quick.  

Princess Celestia: "So Twilight, have you learned anything today about the magic of friendship?"  

Twilight: "I have Princess.  I've learned that no matter how big things seem to be against you, as long as you have friends by your side, anything can be done to help them out."  

Princess Celestia: "A valuable lesson indeed."  

Max calls out: "Come on guys!  The parties starting!"  

The two follow in and enjoy the party.
